Local before arrival
Even if you’re not a guest of the Bayerischer Hof, the hotel is well worth a visit, not least because of the excellent falk’s bar in the ballroom. It is named after Falk Volhardt, who found it almost undamaged beneath the rubble of the largely destroyed hotel in 1945.
