Local before arrival
If you’re standing on Adolf-Kolping-Straße in front of the “Hotel Eckelmann” sign, you’re in the right place. Hotel Cocoon Stachus is happy to be a bit different: Rain showers and hanging chairs are standard furnishings, and retro and pop art shape the hotel’s design. The location is great, too: In just five minutes you’ll be at the Hauptbahnhof, in the pedestrian zone, and—most importantly for Oktoberfest visitors—at the famous Theresienwiese. The rooms are quite small, however; for longer stays, we recommend reserving a deluxe.
