Chef Michael Ferraro describes the popular classics with a pinch of innovation on his menu as “international comfort food.” His version of a perfect place for a quick snack has paved the way for a new generation of American delicatessens, delis for short. The Nemaworkshop architectural team came up with the concept of a loft-like location featuring a stainless steel façade and steel-and-glass garage doors that can be opened completely, erasing the boundaries between indoors and out.
