Amsterdam is more than just canals and gabled houses. De Pijp is the residential “place to be” outside of the historic center. Located in the center of the action, the Albert Cuyp Market is reputedly the largest daytime market in Europe. Its clientele is international and just as diverse as the range of products sold there. De Pijp is at its best on a sunny day when terraces in small, sleepy courtyards provide inviting spots to linger.
