As a result, the aroma of the different varieties of cocoa (from, for example, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, or Madagascar) comes to the forefront. The half-hour tours through the factory are free—you can register on the website. The store café also allows you to observe the production process as you sip on your hot chocolate.
