Inspired by visits to numerous coffee plantations halfway around the world, Evelyn Priesch and Werner Savernik’s café is a cozy coffeehouse combined with an exquisite gourmet outlet. The carefully selected coffee is imported from Ethiopia, Papua New Guinea, Brazil, and Guatemala, roasted right in the shop in a delicate hands-on process—the aroma is simply irresistible—and then brewed to perfection.
