Bitzinger opened its doors in January 2014 and feels a bit like an indoor sausage stand crossed with a fast food restaurant. Wood shingles and white ceramic plates give the establishment a cool flair. The chalkboard menu includes the usual suspects: cheese-stuffed sausage, curry sausage, Vienna sausage, and hotdogs. In addition, you’ll also find burgers (including vegetarian options) and salads. Wine and sweet treats round out the flavours Vienna has come to love.
