In 1995, Marco D’Arrigo, until then marketing boss of a renowned advertising agency, fell in love with a small shop that provided Milan with American cakes. On a whim, he purchased it and learned all of the recipes from the former owner and his current life and business partner Caroline Denti. Now, a total of nine branches await guests with uncountable sweet and savory baked goods, salads, and even burgers. Baking classes and weekend brunch are also available.
