“Burgers basically deserve more attention,” say Jan and Steffen. In New York, the two friends had the wild idea of opening their own burger place in Hamburg that captures the spirit of the Big Apple lifestyle. The old Fischmarkt pharmacy was rapidly transformed into a bar with industrial charm. The various side dishes are all homemade (without exception), even the sauces and dips.
