Since 1992, the former customs office at Kornhausbrücke has been all about the 2,000 plus years of history of the German customs. The 8,610 square-feet exhibition houses not only historical displays, but also interactive elements and rare exhibitions, which contrast ‘then and now’. In addition to uniforms and working tools of the customs administration, the museum reveals real smuggling tricks, which were uncovered a long time ago, together with banned imported objects, including a stuffed wolf!
