This merchant’s house from 1700 houses the first Breton creperie in Hamburg. Expect to find hearty galettes, made from pure buckwheat, sweet wheat pancakes and French wine on the menu. The friendly waiting staff, who speak French (or German with a charming accent), wear traditional Breton stripe shirts that are sold alongside local delicacies like pate, fish soup and cider in the gift shop. In the summer, be sure to visit the floating terrace overlooking the Nikolaifleet!
