Local before arrival
Even though Bar Lux belongs to the hotel of the same name (or rather the hotel belongs to the bar), it deserves its own entry. It is, after all, one of the city’s best spots for the refined art of the drink, thanks to Oliver von Carnap. The head bartender practices his craft with evident fervor while at the same time educating his guests in mixology with great affability. Snuggled into the warm, soft atmosphere of the room, no wish goes unfulfilled at Lux.
