Local before arrival
Since its inception some 15 years ago, Astier de Villatte has been designing furniture, ceramics, glassware, and candles. The production is done in a Parisian workshop that used to house Napoleon’s silversmith. The credit for the brand’s popularity goes to the 20 ceramists trained in turning black terra-cotta into rare, milky white, glazed handmade pieces with lovely little imperfections.
