One famous restaurant critic’s declaration of love was vehement—and justified. Your heart, eyes, ears, and stomach are pampered in the former deaconesses’ dining hall in Kunstquartier Bethanien. Since June 2010, the Sinhart-Böhl team (formerly White Trash and Admiralspalast) has offered “fine food & primitive rock ’n’ roll” with plenty of style and no fuss whatsoever. In summer, it all spills out into the garden. In the evenings, bass speakers get set up inside, and things can get wild.
