Local before arrival
A young Viennese lawyer and a singer decided to change careers and dedicate themselves to making sweets. In the fall of 2013, the two opened up their magical world of creative delicacies in the oldest high-rise in Vienna. Traditional recipes and techniques, some dating back to the 18th century, are used to roll and pull the sugar strands twice a day. Visitors are welcome to watch the fascinating process.
