Casino Nobile in the charming park of Villa Torlonia was restored in 2006 and has been open to the public since then. Built by Giuseppe Valadier in 1802, Villa Torlonia is a worthwhile destination not only because of its neoclassical pieces but also because of the building itself, which offers stunning frescoes and luxurious decorations. In the 20th century, the Villa’s best known tenant was Benito Mussolini; his bed is still in one of the bedrooms.
