Local before arrival
It all began in 2007 with a club in the former wool factory. Over time, the building began hosting exhibitions and performances, and now there is also a restaurant, Lanificio Cucina, which gourmets consider a culinary laboratory. Some of the ingredients for the international dishes served by the restaurant are actually grown on the rooftop of the building. The furniture for the restaurant is restored in an in-house workshop.
