When you name your wine bar UVA (grape in English), it’s a matter of honor to serve only carefully selected varieties of Italian wine (accompanied by good straightforward cuisine). Owners Piercarlo Panozzo and Ivan Icardi even import the salt from their homeland of Italy. The restaurant’s diverse clientele appreciates the reasonable prices and friendly atmosphere. Since UVA’s charm has revitalized the neighborhood, many bars and restaurants have been drawn to the area.
