It is no secret why the darling little cupcakes, red velvet cake and pecan pies taste so incredible: this bakery uses only the freshest, top-quality ingredients. Everything is made by hand, and whatever the bakery doesn’t sell by the end of the day is donated to the homeless. Lines regularly form in front of the charming cafés, and there are now five of them in London. The Rainbow Torte never fails to catch the eye: its layers of cake do indeed display every colour of the rainbow.
