Local before arrival
In the impressive white Konak, as the magnificent residences along the shores of the Bosphorus are called, you would be able to hear many stories from old Istanbul—if only the walls could talk. Instead these walls are decorated with classical stucco elements that blend harmoniously with the retro design furniture. It should be noted, however, that the view of the Bosphorus offered by some of the 26 rooms and suites is sure to overshadow even the most successful interior design.
