Even if seasonal menus are pretty much standard nowadays, this restaurant was one of the first to introduce it with its opening in 1959. In the Philip Johnson and Mies van der Rohe-designed interiors, guests dine on the finest American classics. The three-course lunch prix fixe menu is a highlight, served in the spacious Pool Room between palms and the bubbling marble pool for $59. Guests can also order à la carte in the Grill Room.
