Behind the curved façade of the Grace Building is the second New York branch of this popular steak house concept, with branches now open in four American cities. Drawing inspiration from the dynamics of the building, designers from ICRAVE created a rib-like structure supported by columns that echo the shape of a wave. Trademarks of STK restaurants are semi-circular banquettes upholstered in leather, high-gloss wooden tables, and chairs with crossing legs. The steaks are grilled to perfection and served with homemade sauces and refined side dishes, including parmesan truffle fries and American classics like mac & cheese. Desserts, including a molten chocolate cake or a refreshing sorbet, are a perfect way to wind up dinner. In the summer, the terrace with a separate bar is an inviting place to relax in the shade of the Midtown skyscrapers.
