Europe’s only liquid nitrogen ice-cream shop opened in Camden in 2010 and has had visitors ooing and aahing ever since. The owners of this shop pride themselves on having successfully reinvented an old favourite, appropriating the ingenious liquid nitrogen freezing techniques favoured by the likes of Heston Blumenthal and Ferran Adrià. It’s performance art meets cryogenics at this quirky ice-cream lab, with flavours like basil and crunchy olive oil, Earl Grey and Victoria sponge cake on offer. Delish!
