Local before arrival
Winter in Berlin may seem Siberian, but summers can have a true Mediterranean feel. There’s something about sitting on the huge terrace overlooking the Spree on a warm night in July, drinking caipirinhas with good friends, that makes you dream of Brazil. While lounge music drifts out onto the terrace, inside guests dine on beds and dance in this enormous former army bakery that has been converted into a nightclub and restaurant.
