Local before arrival
Here above the city’s rooftops sits one of the nicest bars in the Dubai Marina. It offers a choice of indoor and outdoor tables—comfortable pillows are available on the stone steps near the pool. We recommend getting here just before sunset, then finding a seat with an ocean view and enjoying a martini with mandarin purée. The indoor area, with its white cotton sofas and golden décor, has Miami flair, and if you’re hungry, rejoice: The food is phenomenal.
