Local before arrival
This restaurant’s entrance reflects the fiery temperament of the Spanish bull, the toro, which is represented here by two specimens made of steel. The animal motifs on the walls combine with the furniture’s earth tones and the marble bar’s brilliant orange to create a warm ambiance. The restaurant’s concept encourages diners to stimulate as many taste buds as possible by sharing dishes. The meat can be cut fresh at the table upon request and can be served with yuca fries made of cassava root.
