The Settembrini restaurant came up with a special concept for the Liberia bookstore. Patrons can assemble a meal for themselves, surrounded by books. They can add fish, chicken or vegetables to a foundation of rice or couscous—an ideal way grab a quick snack between meals. Afterwards, you can browse the bookshelves or ask a bookseller for a recommendation. Regular literary events introduce young, emerging authors.
