Completey refurbished in 2018, the Scheuble Hotel in Mühlegasse shines in new splendor. Even the entrance exudes friendly cosiness. With a first glimpse to the fireplace or the comfortable bookshelf behind the bar you feel at once the welcoming cozy environment. Black-and-white patterned and purple fabrics and leather upholstered seatings and sofas invite to spend some time in this snug lobby. „Small and fine“ come to your mind as descriptive words. The rooms are not too large, but equipped with all necessary details. The bathroom has a transparent glass sliding door, in which you rediscover the contours of the hotel façade. The bedside table can be turned into a practical working desk with a simple twist. You can feel the commitment to detail and family flair. No wonder: the family Scheuble leads the traditional house–which was built from the stones of the former Zurich city wall–already in its fourth generation.
