The Pezerons’ theme is a “liaison between countries,” the fruits of which are enjoyed by the guests in their passionate, first-class restaurant. Originally from Brittany and a namesake of the patron saint of cooks, Laurent unites France and Germany in his creations. Meanwhile, his wife Claudia makes sure each guest feels more than at home. “What a mistake not to have been here in such a long time,” writes Boris Becker in the guestbook.
