As a student, Jay Owens had a rather unusual hobby: He liked to restore old eyeglasses and sell them at flea markets. Today, he has two flagships (one in LA, one in Las Vegas), a workshop where the frames are restored, as well as his own buffalo horn collection. The entire selection includes more than 3,000 frames from between 1910 and 1999, from wire-rimmed to striking acetate frames.
