Local before arrival
It’s true: If you want all the comforts of home, stay at home. And yet, the Palihouse Holloway is the next best thing. The richly detailed interior, with its hints of Paris and London or classic Saarinen and Bertoia furniture here and there, lends the hotel its charm. The suites (the smallest is 590 sq. ft.) come with well-appointed kitchens that invite you to stay awhile. But once you’ve discovered the brasserie in the inner courtyard, you won’t want to cook your own meals.
