Local before arrival
The Hollywood Forever Cemetery comes to life in the warm summer months. Hordes of tourists and cinema fans come with blankets and picnic baskets and spread out on the lawn between the gravestones to watch old Hollywood classics in the open air. Regular attendees, apart from those of the living, include famous names like Cecile B. DeMille, John Houston, and Douglas Fairbanks, who provide comfort during the eclectic selection of horror movies.
