The menu offers classic dishes refined by the skilled chefs, Nils Osborn and Timo Oberegger, who turn seasoned goat cheese over zucchini salad into a holiday on a plate. After the meal, scenesters head up to the sun deck with a bar for a nightcap. Brass lamps, petrol-coloured hardwood flooring and a ship’s library – we must be on holiday.
