Pio Galligani Magrini and his wife Enrica opened the first Paper Moon in Milan in 1997. In Istanbul, the restaurant has illuminated the culinary heavens since 1996. Paper Moon offers pizzas with a thin, crispy crust, juicy steaks, classic pasta, and a well-stocked wine cellar. New York interior designer Tony Chi furnished the large rooms with plenty of leather and wood and garnered multiple design awards for his efforts.
