After the restoration of the Palazzo delle Esposizioni was completed, internationally renowned chef Antonello Colonna moved into the top floor, designed by architect Paolo Desideri. On two levels, Open Colonna presents his innovative reinterpretations of traditional Italian dishes, not only à la carte for lunch and dinner, but also for brunch on weekends and at special events. Thirsty patrons can enjoy drinks in the bar or on the two terraces.
