Local before arrival
Squatting is passé. New construction projects have displaced the alternative scene. New spaces have sprung up in the city district slowly emerging on the northern bank of the IJ. One of the meeting places for the creative and art-loving crowd is Café Noorderlicht on the old factory grounds of the NDSM shipyard.
