The small space on Josefstraße offers deep insight into the world of coffee. Emi Fukahori (Japan) and Mathieu Theis (French), two highly knowledgeable Swiss barista masters, take curious coffee lovers on an exciting and informative journey explaining the beans, their cultivation, brewing methods and various flavors. You can, of course, just get your morning espresso with a croissant—in Switzerland called "Gipfeli"—or whatever you feel like starting your day with. It is recommended, however, to use the place as a tasting room, so take a little time to test a few previously unknown variations while learning something new, to keep in line with the motto of the two entrepreneurs: "The best coffee is the coffee you like".
