Local before arrival
Here you’ll readily find imaginative and excellently mixed cocktails. Unlike many other cultivated drinking locales, this bar in the Belgian quarter does not focus on the 20s and 30s, but rather trains its eye on modern style and innovative mixes. The menu, which is referred to here as the Passport, is divided into imagined countries such as "Avantgardistan" or "Highball-Highlands". Where else can you find banana, Parmesan or even salmon gin, Serrano vodka or popcorn bourbon in cocktails, and get a Bavarian zombie in a beer jug or a ducktail with a duckling floating in it? Everything is possible here. If the bar is too full, guests are usually asked to come back another time. The room remains pleasantly filled, but lovers of fine drinks can celebrate their cocktails and enjoy in peace. Reservations are accepted for the period from 7 to 9 PM.
