This isn’t the place to go for elegant décor…it is, however, a nice, unpretentious location for an evening with friends and bistro classics like steak tartare, côte de boeuf, and mixed cheese or sausage plates to share with your wine. You can also get fresh oysters, which come directly from the neighboring Marché d’Aligre, whose vendors sometimes come by in the mornings to eat breakfast or for a glass of wine as aperitif. When people gather to watch live rugby games, there is a great atmosphere.
