La Tarte Tropézienne is an orange blossom-scented cake made of fluffy brioche pastry and filled with an indescribably delicious cream. The precise recipe is kept absolutely secret, but legend has it that Brigitte Bardot, that most famous inhabitant of Saint Tropez, gave the dessert its name.
