KATIE’S BLUE CAT
What should have been the name for a children’s story became illustrator Olivia’s inspiration for this café—only suiting, then, that the story was meant to be about a baking cat. Luckily, Olivia discovered her own passion for baking in the process, prompting her to open up this eponymous café serving up Anglo-American-inspired recipes. The tantalizing scent of pecan pie, shortbread, cookies, and cheesecake drifts throughout the shop. Some might even claim that her American bagels taste just as good as those you might pick up alongside the East River in New York.
