Local before arrival
David and Guido built their wine bar adjacent their delicatessen Azafrán with their own hands—the wood planks for the long table next to the entrance hail, for example, from Paris. Their credence: Every city needs a good Spanish bar where it’s a given to get a tapa with some Serrano ham and olives with every glass of wine or beer. Weekends feature live music sets, ranging from young pianists, Spanish rock, or even blues bands.
