Recently awarded his first Michelin star, Luigi Taglienti belongs to a new generation of young Italian chefs. At Trussardi alla Scala, located on a piazza by the same name, Taglienti draws on an arsenal of the latest culinary techniques as well as regional, traditional, and innovative elements to compose true works of art. He finds inspiration in classic recipes from French and Italian cuisine.
