Il Resentin features four romantically furnished rooms named after streets in the district. Guests can enjoy a private breakfast in bed, but by lunch they should seek out the guesthouse’s bistro. It serves delicious cuisine around the clock and offers diners an excellent selection of grappa as a digestif. The long wooden bar hearkens back to the time when this was home to Caffè Gabriele, a lively meeting place for up-and-coming artists.
