Who doesn’t love the smell of freshly baked bread? The small yet creative hotel group Praktik joined forces with the traditional Baluard bakery for this venture. Bread comes fresh out of the wood-fired oven in the lobby, where baguettes, croissants, and other baked goods are piled up for eager carb lovers. While eating breakfast in the café, diners can watch the busy bakers at work. The rooms are compact, but more than comfortable for a city trip.
