Nestled between palm trees, cacti and fragrant blossoms, this restaurant’s interior reminds of a mix between brasserie and Scandinavian cruise ship, with wood-panelled walls and mosaic-tiled flooring. It’s chic without being fussy – which also happens to be the motto of Ken Tolley and his team’s culinary style. Their focus is creating inspired cuisine using seasonal-regional produce and traditional ingredients. Classic brasserie dishes from kitchens across the globe are served here for breakfast, lunch and dinner, whilst the bar offers a mix of classic and experimental concoctions round off the dining experience.
