A combination of his father’s nickname (“Heinrich”) and a lecture (entitled “Geography Matters”) that he delivered at the Technical University opposite, gave owner Henning the idea for his restaurant’s name. The proximity to students is also noticeable in the relaxed living room atmosphere that radiates from the open-all-day café-restaurant. The lunch menu changes daily and, like the evening menu, is inspired by the travels and favorite dishes of the two owners. Later in the evening, the neon sign above the counter turns on, signifying the start of the slightly wilder bar hours.
