The interior is conceived by Paris-based designer Guillaume Richard, and matches exquisitely with the deluxe modern Cantonese cuisine on offer. Waitresses serve food wearing red dresses designed by Diane von Furstenberg. This is one seriously stylish, seriously sublime restaurant. An extraordinary experience.
