Adelaide Wharf is a pioneering mixed tenure housing scheme comprising 147 new homes and 7,000 sq. ft. of workspace. First Base and Allford Hall Monaghan Morris have proven with this project that reasonable costs need not exclude a superior quality of life. The Ushaped building is located on Regent’s Canal and each flat has its own balcony. The façade is decorated with wooden panels, a reference to the fact that the land used to be used in the production of transport cases.
