Local before arrival
Black and silent, the giant old bunker rises to Hamburg’s night, but inside things are bubbling. When they have poetry slams, the entire place is full of stools, and when the weekend arrives, the venue turns into a dance floor after midnight. The crème de la crème of club culture play here, such as DJ Shadow, Laurent Garnier, the Cold War Kids, or Bodi Bill. Readings by high-profile authors, like Max Goldt and Douglas Coupland, are on the program as well.
